Allwear
has installed some of the best and the latest technology in clothing
manufacturing. Regular investments are made to ensure that our
technology stays state-of-the-art.
Some examples
are:
- A modern embroidery
plant ensures that high quality badges are produced.
- Jackets, dresses and
trousers are assembled on Eton Unit Transporters.
- Colour continuity of
fabrics is monitored by the Macbeth Colour Eye computer system.
- A modern knitting plant
converts High Bulk Acrylic yarns into comfortable warm school jerseys.
Our
Total Quality Management system ensures that our customers are
supplied with garments that comply to their high quality standards.
Production capacity
is flexible in that skilled clothing manufacturing labour is readily
available at short notice. As additional basic sewing
machine plant is on site, production can be increased swiftly if
required.
